Animation of the molecular dynamics simulation from our top drug candidate (Quin-AIM discussed previously here https://www.artstation.com/artwork/2xVY3J) showing the progression from the initial docking to final refined complex after 25 ns of simulation. Our new series of anticancer drugs for brain tumors we have dubbed "Targeted Reagents of Glioma, Directed on Remission" or TROGDORs. So we set the movie to the song "Trogdor" as performed by Strong Bad from the Homestar Runner series. Plus, the Quin-AIM compound kind of looks like a dragon. The animation was produced by re-timing the output snapshots from the 25 ns MD simulation (taken every 250 ps, for a total of 100) in After Effects to match the length of the audio track. The GIF shows each of the snapshots in succession.
